Yoga with Jimmie

 

The class will be led by Jimmie, an experienced teacher, who is a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga instructor (and qualified doctor). With over 1,000 hours of experience, he teaches students of all ages and levels.

You'll be guided through an accessible but dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa flow. This style is suitable for mixed abilities—so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you are absolutely welcome!

Worried you're "inflexible" or "not strong enough"? Don't be! Jimmie's philosophy focuses on how the practice feels in your body, not what the poses look like.
Join the class to build inner strength, improve mobility, still your mind, and leave feeling centred and energised.

When: Weekly on a Thursday, 6.30pm - 7.45pm

First Class: Thursday 16th October 2025

Where: The Room at Moreton Morrell

Prices:

• £12 for a single session
• £50 for a block of 5 classes (saving £10)
  • (Please bring cash for your first session)
